Who we are
ERA Technologies LLC is a Pennsylvania limited liability company, entity number 0015907855, registered on 16 September 2026 and based at 2417 Welsh Road, Suite 22, in Northeast Philadelphia.
We build and certify telecommunications infrastructure: fiber optic splicing and termination, OTDR testing, aerial and underground outside plant, FTTH installation, data center and structured cabling, and IP camera and access-control systems. We work for carriers and general contractors as a subcontractor, and directly for businesses and homeowners.
Being new, and saying so
ERA is a young company. We could have filled this page with invented project counts and a stock photograph of somebody else's crew — that is the convention in this industry, and it is worth about as much as it costs.
Instead: we will walk your site, quote a written scope, and hand you certification on the first job. In a trade where the deliverable is a measurable number on an OTDR trace, that is a far better test than anything we could claim here. If the first job goes well there will be a second one, and that is how a reference list gets built.
Why the physical layer
Because it is where the failures actually happen, and where they are most expensive to find later. A network diagram is easy. Getting 864 fibers to certify, every closure sealed, every label right, and the as-built matching what is in the vault — that is real work, and doing it properly is a genuine differentiator.
Bilingual by default
Northeast Philadelphia is one of the most linguistically mixed parts of the city. We work in English, Spanish and Russian — for customers, and for the technicians we are hiring. Hablamos español. Мы говорим по-русски.

Every splice traced bi-directionally, every copper run certified. The documentation is part of the job, not an extra.

Every time, including on small jobs and under schedule pressure. This one is not negotiable.

From quote to closeout you deal with the same person, who knows what is actually happening on your site.

Say what we cannot do
Scopes outside what we self-perform get flagged at quote stage, not discovered by you halfway through.

Answer the emergency line
Restoration is dispatched 24/7. A line nobody picks up is worse than no line at all.

Explain it plainly
In English, Spanish or Russian, without hiding behind jargon. You should understand what you are buying.
