How we price
Three ways to buy the work
Whichever suits how you run projects. All three are quoted against a written scope.

Per unit
Per splice, per drop, per termination or per foot. Best for repeatable production work where the count is known.

Lump sum
A fixed number for a defined scope. Best for build-outs where you want the cost locked before mobilisation.

Time & materials
Crew day rates plus materials, reported daily. Best for restoration, troubleshooting and scopes nobody can define up front.

Frequently asked questions
Can you take a whole project or only part of it?
Either. We work as a prime on commercial and residential jobs, and as a subcontractor to carriers, GCs and engineering firms. On larger builds it is common for us to take just the splicing and certification while another crew handles placement — that is a normal arrangement and we are set up for it.
Do you supply materials or do we?
Both happen. Many contractors supply their own cable, closures and hardware and buy labour from us. We are equally happy to supply and mark up materials — just tell us which model you want when you ask for the quote.
What about permits and locates?
Municipal permit and right-of-way requirements vary across Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware County and the NJ/DE/MD municipalities. We confirm what is required per project before work starts, and PA One Call locates are placed before any underground work.
