Contact us
Send the scope and we will send back a number. For anything down right now, call — the emergency line is answered around the clock.
Tell us about the work
The more detail you give us — footage, fiber count, splice count, site access — the tighter the number we can come back with.

Call before you drive over
Crews are usually in the field, so a call ahead means someone is actually there to meet you rather than a locked door.
Frequently asked questions
What do you need to quote a job?
As much as you have: drawings, a footage count, fiber count, splice count, site addresses and access conditions. If you only have a rough description that is fine — we will ask the questions that matter, or walk the site if it is substantial.
How quickly do you reply?
Same business day for quote requests. Emergency restoration calls are answered 24/7 — for those, call rather than email.
Do you charge for a site walk?
Not within our normal working area for a job we are genuinely being considered for. Long-distance walks or detailed assessments of somebody else’s existing installation are quoted separately.
Can I visit the office?
We are at 2417 Welsh Rd, Suite 22 in Northeast Philadelphia. Call ahead — crews are usually in the field, and we would rather schedule you than have you arrive to a locked door.
Send us the scope. We will send back a number.
Drawings, a footage count or a rough description — whatever you have. We will tell you what we can self-perform, what it costs and when we can mobilise.
