Will you travel outside the Mid-Atlantic?
For the right project, yes — travelling crews are normal in this trade. Mobilisation, lodging and per-diem get priced openly as their own line so you can judge whether it makes sense.
Do you charge for travel inside your normal area?
Not within the Philadelphia metro. Longer runs inside PA, NJ, DE and MD may carry a mobilisation line depending on crew size and duration, and it will be shown on the quote rather than appearing later.
