Extra capacity for prime contractors, carriers, ISPs and engineering firms — priced per unit or lump sum, documented to your acceptance standard.
For contractors
What subcontracting to ERA looks like
A lot of our work is supporting other contractors. It is a straightforward relationship when both sides are clear about scope, documentation and who is carrying which risk — so here is our side of it in writing.
What we can take
- Splicing and termination packages on your build
- Testing and certification only, where your crews place and we certify
- OSP placement — aerial and underground
- FTTH production installs on a per-drop basis
- Data center and structured cabling overflow
- Restoration support when your own crews are committed
How we price
Per splice, per drop, per foot, lump sum or crew day rate — whichever fits how you run the job. All against a written scope, so a change order reflects an actual change rather than a disagreement about what was meant.
Documentation
Traces, loss results, as-builts and photographs in your format. If your customer needs a specific template or a portal upload, tell us at quote stage and we will match it rather than hand you something you have to retype.
Paperwork we will have ready
- Certificate of insurance naming you as required
- W-9
- Pennsylvania entity registration — 0015907855
- Safety documentation and site-specific requirements as your project demands
One honest note: ERA registered in September 2026, so we do not yet have a long reference list. If that matters for your prequalification — and it reasonably might — start us on a small package and judge us on the certification.
Getting started
From first call to first package
-
Tell us the scope
What you need covered, where, and how you prefer to price it.
-
Prequalification
COI, W-9 and whatever your vendor onboarding requires. We will not slow you down on paperwork.
-
A small package first
We would rather prove the work on a defined scope than talk you into a large commitment.
-
Scale from there
If the certification is clean and the crew showed up, the next package is an easy decision for both of us.

The relationship
Straightforward, on purpose
Scope in writing, pricing model agreed up front, documentation in your format. The fewer surprises on either side, the more of these turn into a second package.
Send us the scope. We will send back a number.
Drawings, a footage count or a rough description — whatever you have. We will tell you what we can self-perform, what it costs and when we can mobilise.
